These Terms and Conditions apply to every ZC77 account and every transaction made on the platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bet. By using ZC77 you confirm you have read and accepted everything below.

You must be at least 18 years old to register and use ZC77. Providing false date-of-birth information is a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.
Each individual may hold exactly one ZC77 account. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or accidentally — will be closed and any funds in excess of net deposits may be forfeited.
All ZC77 bonuses are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting requirements will result in the bonus being removed from your account.
ZC77 processes all withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) to verified payment methods registered to the account holder. Third-party withdrawal requests will not be processed.
Any evidence of fraudulent activity, collusion, bonus abuse, or use of automated betting tools on ZC77 will result in immediate account closure without notice and without return of funds.
ZC77 provides deposit limits, session controls, and self-exclusion options. Players who request self-exclusion will have their accounts suspended immediately. These protections are available to every ZC77 player.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and ZC77 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet on ZC77, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
ZC77 operates an online sports betting, casino gaming, and virtual sports platform accessible at zc77.online and any associated mobile interfaces. All products and services offered under the ZC77 brand are covered by these Terms. Where specific products — such as cricket betting, poker, crash games, or the VIP Club — have additional rules, those rules are supplementary to and read alongside these Terms, not instead of them.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or continue using ZC77. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

To use ZC77 you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:
ZC77 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. During verification, withdrawal of funds may be suspended but play may continue at ZC77's discretion. If verification fails, the account will be closed and deposits returned, minus any withdrawals already made.
Providing false information about your age or identity is a serious breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud under applicable law.
Each eligible individual may register one ZC77 account. Multiple accounts for the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — are strictly prohibited. ZC77 uses device fingerprinting, IP tracking, and payment data to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are found, all accounts will be closed and any bonus funds forfeited.
When registering your ZC77 account you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid payment method in your name. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Outdated information that causes a withdrawal delay or failure is the responsibility of the account holder.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ZC77 login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. ZC77 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your login details secure.
ZC77 reserves the right to carry out enhanced KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before processing any withdrawal. Documents typically requested include a government-issued ID (CNIC), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
ZC77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.
Deposits: The minimum deposit is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit for most methods, though individual payment providers may impose their own limits. Deposits are credited to your ZC77 balance immediately or within a few minutes depending on the payment method. ZC77 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. ZC77 will not send funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:
ZC77 may request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal at its sole discretion. This is a standard anti-money-laundering measure and is not an indication of any wrongdoing on the part of the player.
Currency note: All balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals on ZC77 are denominated in PKR. There are no currency conversion steps or hidden exchange rate applications at any point in the transaction process.
Bets placed on ZC77 are binding once confirmed on the bet slip. You are responsible for checking your bet slip before confirming. Errors in selection, odds, or stake that are confirmed by you are your responsibility. ZC77 will not void a correctly settled bet on the grounds that the wrong selection was chosen by the player.
ZC77 reserves the right to void or suspend bets in the following circumstances:
Minimum and maximum bet amounts vary by product and event. Current limits are displayed on the bet slip at the time of betting. ZC77 reserves the right to reduce maximum bet limits for individual accounts without prior notice.
Live in-play betting is available on selected events. In-play odds change rapidly. ZC77's systems apply a brief delay on in-play bet acceptance to prevent exploitation of latency differences. Bets accepted during this window are binding at the odds confirmed on your bet slip.
Cricket betting on ZC77 follows standard Duckworth-Lewis-Stern rules for rain-affected matches. Over markets are settled based on completed overs at the revised target. Specific settlement rules for individual cricket markets are available in the ZC77 cricket betting section.
ZC77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered. The following general conditions apply to all ZC77 bonuses unless the specific promotion states otherwise:
VIP cashback exception: Weekly cashback credited through the ZC77 VIP Club carries no wagering requirement and is credited directly to the real money balance. This exception applies only to VIP cashback and not to other promotional bonuses.
The ZC77 VIP Club is a loyalty programme with four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Membership is automatic — all registered ZC77 players are enrolled at Bronze tier. Tier progression is based on rolling 30-day loyalty point accumulation.
Points are earned based on wagering activity across ZC77 products. Earn rates vary by product as published in the VIP Club section of the platform. ZC77 reserves the right to adjust point earn rates at any time. Changes will be communicated via the platform with reasonable notice.
Tier benefits — including cashback percentages, withdrawal speeds, account manager access, and reload bonuses — are provided as stated in the VIP Club section and are subject to change. ZC77 may alter tier benefits with reasonable notice to players. Where a material reduction in a tier's benefits is made, ZC77 will notify affected members at least 14 days in advance.
Tier status can decrease if rolling 30-day points fall below a tier's minimum threshold. ZC77 will notify players at risk of a tier reduction at least 7 days before any change takes effect.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on ZC77 and will result in immediate account suspension and possible permanent closure:
ZC77 cooperates with relevant authorities in cases of suspected fraud or financial crime. Account data may be shared with law enforcement agencies where legally required.
ZC77 collects and processes personal data in order to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, and comply with legal obligations. The full details of how ZC77 collects, stores, and uses your personal data are set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
By creating a ZC77 account, you consent to your personal data being processed as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data subject to legal retention requirements. Contact ZC77 support to exercise these rights.
ZC77 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the platform. We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory bodies as required to operate the platform legally.
All content on the ZC77 platform — including but not limited to the ZC77 brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, and game content — is the intellectual property of ZC77 or its licensed suppliers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any ZC77 content without express written permission.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ZC77 platform for personal betting entertainment only. This licence does not permit commercial use of any ZC77 content or systems.
ZC77's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited to the amount of your net deposit balance held at ZC77 at the time of the relevant event. ZC77 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform.
ZC77 does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or external factors may cause temporary unavailability. ZC77 will endeavour to give advance notice of scheduled maintenance but is not liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, including missed betting opportunities.
ZC77 is not liable for delays or failures in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, banking system outages, or regulatory holds outside of ZC77's direct control.
You use the ZC77 platform at your own risk. Betting involves the risk of financial loss. ZC77 does not provide any guarantee of profit and is not responsible for any financial loss you incur through betting activity on the platform.
ZC77 may suspend or close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Where an account is closed for reasons other than fraud or breach of Terms, any verified real money balance (excluding pending bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method within 10 business days.
You may request account closure at any time by contacting ZC77 support. Accounts subject to a self-exclusion request will be suspended immediately. If you later request reactivation of a self-excluded account, ZC77 will apply a 30-day cooling-off period before any reactivation can be processed, in line with responsible gaming best practice.
ZC77 may update these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to the Terms, ZC77 will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on their account at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Minor clarifications or corrections may be updated without prior notice.
The most current version of these Terms is always available at zc77.online/terms-conditions. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised. Continued use of ZC77 after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you do not accept an updated version of the Terms, you must stop using ZC77 and request account closure before the change takes effect. You will not be penalised for closing your account on this basis and your real money balance will be returned.
