Go to zc77.online/register and fill in the form — you need a valid Pakistani mobile number, an email address, your date of birth, and a strong password. The whole process takes under three minutes. After submitting, ZC77 sends a one-time code to your registered mobile. Enter the code to activate your account and you are ready to deposit and bet. One account per person — duplicate accounts are not permitted under ZC77's Terms and Conditions.

You must be at least 18 years old to register and use ZC77. During registration you provide your date of birth, and ZC77 may verify age during the account verification process. Accounts found to belong to players under 18 are closed immediately and any remaining balance is returned. If you suspect a minor is using a ZC77 account, contact support@zc77.online immediately.

No. ZC77 operates a strict one-account-per-person policy. Duplicate accounts are detected automatically and result in all accounts being suspended pending investigation. Basic ZC77 accounts are verified via mobile OTP at registration. For full verification — required before larger withdrawals — you may be asked to submit a copy of your CNIC and a selfie. Any verified PKR balance is returned to your registered payment method within 5 working days. Deposits

Log in to ZC77, go to Account → Deposit, and choose your preferred method. ZC77 accepts Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards. Enter the amount in PKR, follow the on-screen instructions for your chosen method, and authenticate in your payment app. Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits typically credit within 30 seconds. IBFT transfers may take up to 2 hours on working days.

The minimum deposit on ZC77 is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit set by ZC77, though your payment provider may have its own limits. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees with no hidden conversion fees. ZC77 does not charge any deposit fees — the amount you deposit is the amount credited to your account.

First, check your payment app to confirm the transaction went through on your end. If the money left your account, wait up to 15 minutes for Easypaisa/JazzCash and up to 2 hours for IBFT. Refresh your ZC77 balance. If it still has not appeared, contact ZC77 live support with the transaction reference number from your payment app. The support team can trace and manually credit confirmed transactions, usually within the same session.

No. ZC77 requires that all deposits come from a payment account registered in your own name, matching your ZC77 account details. Deposits from third-party accounts are flagged and may result in the funds being returned and the ZC77 account suspended pending review. This policy protects both you and ZC77 from fraud and money laundering. Always use your own Easypaisa, JazzCash, or bank account.
Withdrawals

Go to Account → Withdraw, enter the amount in PKR, and select your withdrawal method. ZC77 sends winnings back to the same payment account you used to deposit. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within 1–2 hours. IBFT bank transfers take 1–2 working days. The minimum withdrawal is Rs 1,000. Make sure your account is verified before requesting large withdrawals to avoid delays.

The most common reasons for a delayed ZC77 withdrawal are: account verification not yet complete, an active bonus wagering requirement not yet met, a weekend or public holiday affecting IBFT processing, or a manual security review triggered by unusual account activity. Check Account → Transactions for the current status. If it shows "Pending" for more than 4 hours on a working day, contact live support with your withdrawal reference number.

ZC77 does not charge withdrawal fees. The amount you request is the amount sent to your payment account, in full. Your payment provider (Easypaisa, JazzCash, your bank) may have their own inbound transaction limits or notification fees — these are outside ZC77's control. If you are unsure, check the terms of your payment app before making a large withdrawal.
Betting & Games

ZC77 covers cricket betting (PSL, international Tests, ODIs, T20Is, and major franchise leagues), full sports betting (football, kabaddi, basketball, tennis, and more), crash games, poker, and virtual sports. Live in-play betting is available on cricket and major sports events. Markets and odds are updated in real time throughout every event.

In ZC77's crash games, you place a bet in PKR at the start of each round. A multiplier begins rising from 1x and climbs as the round progresses. You must click "Cash Out" before the multiplier crashes — if you cash out in time, your bet is multiplied by the value shown at the moment you cashed out. If the game crashes before you cash out, the bet is lost. You can also set an automatic cash-out target before the round starts, which is useful if you prefer a set-and-forget strategy.

Yes. ZC77's cricket betting section covers all Pakistan Super League fixtures in full, including pre-match and live in-play markets. You can bet on match winner, top batter, top bowler, total sixes in an innings, over-by-over runs, and many other markets. PSL odds on ZC77 are competitive and update in real time during live matches. Winnings from settled PSL bets are credited to your ZC77 balance immediately after the market is confirmed.

The minimum bet on ZC77 is Rs 50 across most markets. Crash games and certain poker tables have their own minimum stake requirements displayed on-screen before each round or hand. Most ZC77 markets are settled automatically within minutes of the relevant event ending. Cricket match winner markets, for example, settle as soon as the official result is confirmed — usually within 10–15 minutes of the final wicket or the winning run. Some special markets (e.g. top tournament run scorer) remain open until the tournament concludes. Settled winnings appear in your ZC77 balance immediately and are available for withdrawal straight away.
Bonuses

ZC77 offers a welcome bonus on your first qualifying deposit. The bonus is credited automatically to your ZC77 account when your first deposit is processed — you do not need to enter a code unless one was provided to you specifically. A wagering requirement means you must bet the bonus funds a set number of times before they can be withdrawn as real money. For example, if ZC77 gives you a Rs 1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement, you need to place bets totalling Rs 10,000 using bonus funds before the converted amount is moved to your withdrawable balance. There is no cap on how many people you can refer — each valid referral earns a separate reward.

No — bonus funds need to meet the applicable wagering requirement before they convert to real withdrawable money. However, you can withdraw your real money deposit balance at any time, even while a bonus is active. Withdrawing before meeting the wagering requirement typically results in the bonus and any winnings generated from it being forfeited. Security

Yes. ZC77 uses 256-bit SSL encryption on every page, login, and transaction. Your password is stored in hashed form — not in plain text — so even ZC77 staff cannot see it. Log in to ZC77, go to Account Settings → Security, and toggle on "Two-Factor Authentication". ZC77 will send a test OTP to your registered mobile number. Enter it to confirm the activation. From that point forward, any login from an unrecognised device or browser will require an OTP in addition to your password. This takes about 30 seconds to set up and significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access.

Every ZC77 registered player is automatically enrolled in the VIP Club at Bronze tier on day one — no application required. You earn loyalty points on every bet placed across cricket, sports, crash games, poker, and virtual sports. As your points accumulate, you progress through Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum tiers. Higher tiers unlock cashback rewards, faster withdrawal processing, higher deposit limits, and exclusive ZC77 promotions only available to VIP members.

Log in to ZC77 and go to Account → VIP Club. Your current tier, total points, and progress to the next tier are all shown on this screen. ZC77 VIP points do not expire while your account is active and in good standing. If an account is inactive for 12 consecutive months, accumulated points may be reset — ZC77 sends an email warning before this happens to give you a chance to reactivate. Log in to ZC77, go to Account Settings → Safety & Limits, and select "Deposit Limits". Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap in PKR. The limit activates immediately. You can reduce your limit at any time with instant effect. Increasing a limit requires a 48-hour waiting period — this deliberate delay is designed to give you time to reconsider. ZC77 strongly encourages every player to set at least one limit before making their first deposit.

Go to Account Settings → Safety & Limits → Self-Exclusion, or contact live support or email support@zc77.online. Self-exclusion takes effect the same day your request is received. Your account is suspended immediately, all marketing communications are stopped, and any verified PKR balance is returned to your registered payment method.
